Dans ce livre, nous montrons une sélection des recettes que nous avons cuisinées pendant ce temps et avec lesquelles nous voulons transmettre notre style et notre façon de comprendre la cuisine. Voulez-vous partager avec nous?

Du point de vue géographique, nous ne sommes pas partis trop loin par rapport à l’endroit où nous avons passé quinze ans de notre vie professionnelle: elBulli. À Cadaqués nous avons créé Compartir, un projet avec une philosophie particulière. Ce livre nous permet de faire un bilan des cinq premières années, et d’expliquer d’où nous venons, où est-ce que nous sommes et qu’est-ce qu’on fait à Compartir, toujours avec notre équipe. Dans ce livre, donc, nous montrons une sélection des recettes que nous avons cuisinées pendant ce temps et à travers lesquelles nous voulons transmettre notre style et notre manière de concevoir la cuisine.
